PARAMUS, N.J. — Paramus resident Elaine Mizdal (Blondek) died Monday, May 9. She was 79.
Before retiring, Mizdal worked for CBS Television, the Paramus Board of Education, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Accounts on Call as a administrative assistant.
She was a parishioner of the R.C. Church of the Annunciation in Paramus.
Mizdal is survived by her daughters, Susan Rieman and her husband Davis, and Lois Mizdal and her close friend Debbie Hough. She also is survived by granddaughter, Hayley.
Mizdal was predeceased by her husband, Louis Mizdal.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 S. Farview Ave., Paramus.
The funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at the R.C. Church of the Annunciation, 50 W. Midland Ave., Paramus.
Interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
